Ahhhh, the croissant… that beautiful, flaky, buttery, golden, crescent-shaped, joy-in-your-mouth pastry that sings to the taste buds. (What?! You were thinking the same thing?) Considered elusive even to the most seasoned baker, many don’t think croissants are within their reach skill-wise until a professional baker tells them that yes, it IS possible!

Your experienced instructor, Chef Natasha Goellner, is a graduate of The French Culinary Institute, past owner of Mulberry & Mott’s and currently the Pastry Chef at The Antler Room, so you can bet your whisk she knows what she’s talking about!

Today, she’ll share her talents and time with us as she teaches you how to make and bake croissants… step by step. It’s a process that takes some time, but the rewards are amazing and completely worth it!!

Sit back and prepare to take lots of notes as you’ll be garnering much knowledge about flours and yeast and butter as Chef shares techniques to whip up the dough.

Then she’ll demonstrate how to shape croissants and tips on baking them up perfectly, so they look as good as the ones in those bakery cases! Throughout class she’ll explore essential culinary skills that you can apply to your future baking endeavors.

Yes, we’ll be tasting croissants… and you’ll take home the recipes and confidence to make them at home, too!
